    From 11th to 13th June 2019, Warsaw Humanitarian Expo 2019 (WHE 2019) will take place in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw. It is the first conference and trade event dedicated to humanitarian and development topics in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.


    Warsaw Humanitarian Expo 2019 is a unique opportunity to establish direct contacts with representatives of both Polish and international organisations, which work in the field of humanitarian and development assistance. The conference will focus on how business can get involved in humanitarian actions worldwide as well as on promotion of best products and services in the area of humanitarian aid. The conference will consist of seminars and debates on the involvement of business in the humanitarian aid and it will provide information on perspectives and challenges related to business role in the regions affected by humanitarian crises. The participants will be able to learn about the latest technology and innovations as tools for carrying out humanitarian and rescue assistance as well as public-private partnerships.


    Warsaw Humanitarian Expo consists of three parts:


    The conference is held under the honorary patronage of the President of Poland Andrzej Duda and it is open to all companies and public administration officials. Among invited guests speakers are representatives of major UN agencies and programmes, EU and NGOs involved in humanitarian assistance, such as the United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), World Food Programme (WFP), United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
