    Important communication on the Warsaw Procurement Forum under the framework of WHE 2019.


    Warsaw Humanitarian Expo serves as a platform to meet people interested in humanitarian and development aid, to learn about new trends in humanitarian and development assistance, to exchange experience about serving on the humanitarian missions, and to create synergies between business and the NGO community in doing projects together.

    Expo is open to all interested stakeholders from around the world: companies, NGOs, governments, international organizations, other humanitarian and development institutions, academia and general public.


     WHE 2019 consists of 4 pillars:

    1.       Humanitarian City – a platform for meetings, debates and other events where institutions, NGOs, business, Academia will engage with wider public about humanitarian and development activities.
    2.       Responsible Business for Humanitarian Emergencies Conference – with high level participants who will discuss most relevant topics concerning future of humanitarian aid, including business involvement in that sector or new technologies and innovations for humanitarian emergencies. Marc Lawcock – Under Secretary General of the United Nations for Humanitarian Aid will attend the conference.  
    3.       Warsaw Procurement Forum  -  Forum on how to successfully participate in tenders for provision of services and delivery of goods to international organizations; including one-2-one meetings.
    4.       Expo /Fair – open for companies operating in various sectors of humanitarian and development aid (including: IT, communication and logistics; medical equipment and pharma; shelter;  food and agri; security means and others).   


    As regards to the Warsaw Procurement Forum pPanel sessions on how to participate in projects and procurement of international organizations will be conducted by more than 30 experts from all over the world (see the current version of the Forum agenda attached).

    Should you be interested in participating in individual B2B meetings with procurement officers participating in the Forum, once registered (and wiring the participation fee) you will be asked to indicate experts (max from 3 entities) you wish to meet at the individual sessions so that we arrange for a meetings’ matrix. The final possibility of a given B2B meeting depends on the given expert’s consent. Priority in meeting experts is given to the exhibitors.
